Another Day

The moon calls
Sometimes my darkest hours

The moon falls
Sometimes peace reigns for hours

The stars sing their forgotten song
The echoed tunes of times now gone

Night eats all light away
Dark surrounds me feeling its way

The winds blow across my face
The ghosts call for my embrace

Dark stays close and feeds my soul
The moon light reflects in my stare

The light flickers and casts its glare
Another hope
Another day
