Another Day

You said you needed some time 
and then you leave and walk away 
I think your timing was wrong 
But then who am I to say 

now all I have is pictures of you 
with your a beautiful face 
but the love that you shown 
are now gone without a trace 

We both light a fire 
in one passion fill night 
Then you couldn't find the love 
for us to keep it burning bright 

I will never give up love 
love that I feel down in my soul 
but you close your eyes pretending 
that you don't see me in the cold 

If I'm going to battle for love 
Knowing my hearts going to fall 
Then I don’t think that your love 
Is worth fighting for after all 

So I wish you the best 
and watch you walk away 
today you don't need me 
maybe you will another day 

There’s an empty bed 
Where we both use to sleep 
So many promises we make 
But not one did we keep 

Last night when I sleep 
I had a dream 
We were sharing a bowl 
Of maple syrup ice cream 

Some times love last forever 
Some times love can turn so cold 
Some times love can taste 
like porridge Ten days old 

you can't force love on someone 
that would be a big mistake 
you have to walk away and let go 
no matter how much your heart breaks 

I try to understand love 
Cause the pain never goes away 
So I will sit with my sorrow 
And live to love another day
