Animus: the Guy In Me

The guy in me does fine just on my own. Attention I do not need constantly. Because I rather like to be alone, it’s by myself I’d often rather be! The guy in me is not so nurturing. Since every babysitting job I had was tedious and most uninspiring, to be a soccer mom would drive me mad! The guy in me just likes to lie around - to eat and watch TV instead of clean. At Bed, Bath, and Beyond I won’t be found, and in a nail salon I’m never seen. My spouse dislikes the guy in me; this is so strange, for most of my “guy traits” are his! Oh ya you said a mouth full and I am a true be leaver in to thine own self be true or you won't be worth a damn to anyone.I like the salon my friend;and when I told the beautician my hormone count finally came in as female she learned down by ear and said" Welcome to the dark side Thalia!" Everything is in perception and what a wild ride it is.

Your last two lines give me a real chuckle! Couples do adopt somewhat one another's traits! :-)

Haven't been on the Soup much lately ... recently got a fever, so that's never fun ... passed through the whole family. But I'm better now ... just wanted to stop by and say I LOVE your new current avatar pic! Great to see more recent photos :)

Hahaha ... what can you say? Can't live with them, can't live without 'em. I guess it's why they say "opposites attract" ... Aside from the TV bit, I'm pretty much the lazy type who is very self-entertained, without the constant need to socialize ... funny stuff.

Ok, I've stopped chuckling after that last line. You have gotten in touch with the man in the mirror. Now go take a wonderful luxurious bubble bath. :)

I'm glad you said your guy traits are his, for a second I thought you were painting us guys with a broad brush...you have most likely already found out no two guys are alike...ahem...."eye wink"
