Angel In My Midst

She can dance she can sing
She can do most anything
She's an angel in the midst of my life

She can laugh she can love
She was sent here from above 
Such a perfect gift

I don't know what good I did
To deserve this angel in my midst

 My life was such a mess
I never would have guessed
That I would find someone to love

Then you came along
Showed me where I went wrong
 You are such a perfect gift

I still don't know what good I did
To deserve this angel in my midst 


This poem is not about me as I am single. 
It is for those who can't put into words 
how they feel about their wife or girlfriend.

Although I am single I wrote it for those who cannot put into words how they feel about their wife or girlfriend. I had to update the poem with that statement because I forgot to put it in earlier.
