Angel

AnGel Elodea anarch an overwintering child an anGel of love NOTES:Also known as American elodea, common elodea, anacharis, and Canada waterweed. Elodea provides habitat for many small aquatic animals, which fish and wildlife eat. Geese, ducks, and swans are particularly attracted to this plant. Elodea is an excellent oxygen producer and frequently used by fish to protect fry. In some places especially of Canada and USA they are considered nuisance. I don't think so. Its value is yet to be discovered. It produces slime in water and hence this Gel. we must find out its medicinal properties. I think the gel may be of use in cosmetics. you may see this page :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elodea

Hi Rajat, as usual, your haiku are a pleasure to read apart from being a source of learning. Liked the clever title and thanks for the informative footnote. // paul

I tell you you are one of a kind. What a wondeful spirit you have. You just ooze of wisdom and kindness. Your poetic voice is gentle and unassuming. You have a giving nature. I love how you used the word Gel witch the plant creates inside the word anGel.

Thanks Maurice. You have inspired me so much. I have read your poems 'c'est la vie' and "This Ghost Story Is Real". I have kept them in My Favorite Poems List. I have to read them again and again. There poems are incredible. I have also kept the pics in my album. Maurice, you are a real joy to me. LOVE.

It's a weed till date but I believe very soon people will know its true worth. A tomato plant was considered a weed and a troublesome plant. But now!? Do you like red tomatoes?

Excellent play of words! Yes, each thing has been created for a purpose which we may ignore but that doesn't mean is not an Angel (AnGel) of a sort! Profound in its simplicity, my friend,Rajat!

Anne-Lise darling we make lifesaving drugs from snake venom or spider venom or tarantula. If you think in that way you would find the god's plan behind everything. Thank you for your interest in my poems. Love----rajat
