And so too Preclude a Fitting Just End

Lately I have been kept up at night Pondering over a fitting and just end To lend this sorry take of woe So here I go as nothing else I have got or know Goodbye farewell to this life And everyone and everything I have seen As although sometimes it came across as a dream Unfortunately somehow I managed to awake daily And the only thing of value I gained Over my said lifetime is this If the only you leave behind and wish to pass on Is given if life already isn't hard enough Then why not try to add further to the misery And rather try to rise above the norm And simply just try to do your best be polite and pleasant So that when you as everyone does eventually leave Shall come to be remembered fondly and effectionately And will be missed for all the right reasons Who can count themselves truly blessed And lucky enough to have spent time in your company Because you surely therefore will have lead A full and meaningful life And hopefully in turn will also during your ife Grant you having more good days than bad days And a heroic sudden peaceful death In order for you to be enabled to then R.I.P In the here afterlife you so wished

Love this poem about pondering about life and death.. I guess we will all think this way at some point.. makes you think though, would you want a sudden death, which would not give you the chance to say goodbye or would you want a slow death with those around you watching you die...

I have seen both sides also and it sad when someone dies suddenly... I have two occasions when I met friends and didnt speak to them properly as i was in a rush... they both died suddenly (in separate incidents), I felt really bad.. I always make sure I greet people now.. will check out your poem.

Fantastic brilliant question Silent One Speaking personally as I have seen both sides 1 a sudden death is surely the best and least painful way to go As apposed to the option 2 getting to say goodbye But daily having to live knowing the fact and slowly fading away painful I personally would want option 2 here today the next minute gone tomorrow Thank you very much indeed for such a great thought provoking enlightened comment Cheer's S.O just made me wish to write and inspired another poem thanking you
