outskirts of dark village,
on an old Neem tree next to our small remote house,
ghost rampage!
I lived in fear,
dreaded she ghost with yellow blouse,
Stay near!
Small kid,
Thought of ghost spouse,
hid!
Outskirts of dark village
dreaded she ghost with yellow blouse
hid!

Same poem with 10 syllables ( just to compare)
In dark outskirts of our remote village,
on an old Neem tree next to our small house,
they said a bad she ghost was on rampage!
At age of seven I was seized with fear,
I dreaded the she ghost with yellow blouse,
When dark outside I made sure mum was near!
my cousins would scare me with more tales,
Of that one eyed man she was the dead spouse,
She hunted little boys and young males!
In dark outskirts of our remote village,
I dreaded the she ghost with yellow blouse,
She hunted little boys and young males!
