An Enigma of Love
An enigma of love you are to me,
like how water turns to wine for the Lord-
You are my true beautiful mystery,
bestowing unto me hope and accord.
You’re the magic holding stars in the sky,
the secret to the start of creation-
How tears of salt are composed when we cry,
and why it’s a caring dedication.
I drown in faith from the wonder of you,
just seeing your trust shining when you pray-
You’re the marvel of giving through and through,
I’m in awe at your benevolent ways.
You show reverence for our connection-
The perfect mystery…our affection.
