As Americans we wait in the wings, at the mercy of an agenda that seems to produce a flawed narrative.We are learning, the majority of the news being broadcast is tainted by an ideology, driven by political malevolence.  With the chaos and confusion how do we discern a true picture of what is really happening to our country?

 

America,Where Are You Going

When facts are flawed by fantasy,
                             Embracing a delusional reality,
                             When wrong is right,
                             And right is wrong,
                             Instilling chaos and fear;

                             Arresting truth and
                             Liberating violence,
                             Manifesting fallacy,
                             Whittling at the core
                             Of civil liberties;

                             Clothed in an ideology of hope and prosperity;
                             Deceptive machinations
                             Bring us to our knees,
                             Silencing voices in opposition,
                             Mandating conformity;

                             Political malevolence rising,
                             Huddled masses, lost in the abyss of ignorance,
                             Awaiting the feigned promises of a utopian society,
                             Dividing a once united nation;
                             Subordinate puppets for the bureaucracy of Bumbledom.

If people would just step back and look at the whole picture just not the TV repeating the same narrative and suppressing the voices of experts and scientists who have been trying unsuccessfully to get the truth out. Right now with the trucker and farmers convoy protest perhaps we are seeing movement in the right direction. We need to stand up for our civil liberties. Richard Lamoureux March 13, 2021 at 7:49 AM The fantasy is that America has ever been truly united. I suspect that is the same for most countries. In the end “A Nation divided against itself will fall”. I think as well that your piece is well written. For me I question the premise. I’m for a new saying “Facts Matter”. Sadly I see “Opinion is King” If enough people band around an opinion it seems to turn into a fact. I believe before they get into a government position they have good intentions. However, once in government their good intentions cannot survive because of all the 'sharks' that don't want truth and justice, they want to embellish their own 'pockets'. There is the ever present malevolence, insipidly seeping into our societies and so many can't see it. It tears my heart out that the America I grew up in may be lost.

Although not from the U.S, similar aspects are occurring around the world, and not by accident either. but manipulation, and when analysed there is always someone making a tremendous lot of money...Hope for the world sake, things settle down over there for you all and for the rest of the world. Our Main Street media is tainted and corrupt as is those who are seated in powerful political positions. I don’t subscribe to the news; I observe and realize we are being bamboozled. Again “Thanks”.
