Am I a Poet

I’d like to think I’m poet,
but I don’t write songs

I’d like to think I’m writer,
but I don’t write stories.

I’d like to think that people think I’m a poet or a writer,
but they don’t!

So what I’m gonna do?

I’m gonna write story in a song,
but not too long,
I’m not crazy,
I know I’m lazy.
I don’t want to waste too much of my time,
to make some rhyme.

In that short song, I’m gonna tell them that they are wrong, that I just wrote a song.

You’re wrong!
I just wrote a song!
