Almost Picture Perfect

Rain has been plentiful lately, the grass is emerald green, A beautiful lush carpet, thoughts of a Monet it does evoke, Four acres of rolling land comprises our country scene, Our home on the hill is partially hidden, not by Ash or Oak, It’s really quite simple, our josh darn lawnmower’s broke. It was true, while my husband rushed to complete our front deck, he thought he'd leave the lawn until last minute before company arrived... that's when he discovered the lawnmower was broken. YUK. thanks for your comments. Lee

Debbie, was so glad to hear you were safe and sound. A little grass is but a mere inconvenience in the grand scheme of things. Thanks so much. Lee

Thanks so much Francine, and its a totally true story. It took my Hubbie 4 truck loads of grass to clear the yard, almost sold the crop for hay to a farmer... ;) Thanks again. Lee
