Almost Home
Give me a place,
Give me a facade
So I can be like you and float facedown.
Reminded of my life
So wrong, so long, so gone, unknown
Old soul built up to fall so far
Breathe in breathe out here is the war
The nightmare yields the sword
Can you remember the place inside your head
Can you remember the cord
Keep your prize, keep your pride
Feeling of defeat, resentment inside
Pull the cord and let me be, the nightmare rides on
Inner reflections innervisions, at last free
So long, so wrong, so gone
