Allergies
Allergies
Today it is the first of spring
The flowers bloom, the robins sing
The butterflies will soon take wing
But on my mind’s another thing
Allergies
Spring – when love is a la carte
And Cupid’s there to do his part
And most folk’s thoughts are of the heart
I know the sneezing soon will start
Allergies!
The flowers, the trees
You sneeze, you wheeze
Your coughing knocks you to your knees
There’s pollen in the slightest breeze
Allergies
Your head, eyes red
In bed, a med
Feeling like the walking dead
Wish that you could die instead
Allergies
