All-Season Blessing
Residing in the Tropics blessed with dry and wet days
I yearn to witness Fall and Autumn afterglow’s grace
Or to tread on snow-filled roads with chilly Winter pace…
How about being thrilled with Summer thunderstorm rays?
And delight in Spring sensations, giving God the praise*!
Midst wisdom subduing my four seasons’ ignorance
I’m fascinated with Autumn colors’ great radiance
Highlighting the Creator’s glorious elegance
As supreme Artist and Designer of par excellence
How awed am I; grateful with worship’s exuberance!
Along Autumn afterglow is iridescent faith's hope
Cheering that against downfall’s anguish, we can still cope
As we cling to the Sovereign Lord in His mercy’s rope…
Indeed, we are propped to bounce back from misery’s slope
By His ready all-season love, limitless in its scope!
*Hebrews 13:15 By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name.
