I simply adore him as a singer, performer, humanitarian, and animal rights activist. Yes, he is vegan! :) I will blog about my experience a little later, but these words came to me today as I was thinking about it, and I wrote it as though it were Bryan writing the lyrics. I know they are very simple...but I can just imagine his gravely voice belting out this melody. If only....if only.... Eileen Manassian

If only if only. I KNOW that feeling so well, dear. That one poem of mine made into song, Honeymoon Serenade, my big dream is to have a famous person sing it. This is very lyrical. Can you imagine Bryan singing it? Is he as cute as ever? Lucky you to see him in concert.

I heard it, and it was done very well, dear. :) Can I imagine him singing it...YES! I tried singing it in his gravely voice and my brother had a good laugh. Yes, he is cute, talented, and gracious. The concert blew my mind! Hugs, dear

Wonderful lyrical poem, Eileen. I'm an obscure, unknown songwriter. I know good lyrics when I see them. Your lyrics are so cool for a song. Perfect lyrics for a Bryan Adams song! I saw him in concert years ago. It was just an afternoon lawn concert but amazing just the same. I've loved him since I first heard Cuts Like A Knife in junior high! :))

Hey sweetie....the energy he brings to a concert is electrifying. Some singers aren't as good live as they are in the recording studio. Bryan is AWESOME. :) He's my favorite singer. It was definitely a highlight for me. Thanks for the visit. Hugs

The words are descriptive and float their message onto the page with a steady hand and a splash of wisdom that captures the reader's imagination and attention. Well chosen words come alive in the reading and we cannot suppress a gasp at the descriptive narration. Nothing wrong with your lyrics my little Desert Orchid, not surprised you received a generic reply, these singers have thousands sent to them by would-be songwriters. Great lyrics Eileen, simple lyrics are the best, worked for Lennon and McCartney. Why not classify this as lyric instead of rhyme, that's what it is. a7
