All I Want Is You
Night holds my attention
a gibbous moon sits over her shoulder
and I'm in awe
first glances float
as hearts flutter
drifting off
amongst distant stars
fingers twine
unwrap then pine for
soft kisses
seduced and bartered
romantic banter slips
and we fall
carried off to the bedroom
where more than promises whisper
caressed, rhythms beat
words cascade
within every touch
knowing all I want is you
