Aisle of Shocks

reflecting what ceases a season from fully blooming. Spring ‘21 was set to boost, but mom died and I couldn’t take those walks, except down the aisle of shocks. Autumn ‘22 brings covid not a rousing stroll, indoors. I have invited Autumn in. H o p e - a door. 9/24/2022

Aptly titled, for sure. May '23 be a year of Springs -- i/o of Shocks. ~ Mr. Goodwrench

This explains your last two poems. I understand better now. Sorry to hear of your loss Kim. A writer of poetry especially feels such sorrow. Blessings my friend. I just said a prayer. Wishing you something to be joyful about.

as for covid, Kim. Don't stress over it at all. I take zinc, D, C, and Quercetin and go around with no mask. Almost all my students have been vaxed and/or have had covid, but I never got the jab and when I nursed my hubbie with Ivermectin and other natural things when he had Covid, I remained well throughout it. I just wish people would do healthy things and not stress about it. Anyway, i a few people it hit hard, but the govt. disallowed ivermectin, or lots of folks would have lived.

Over it except for a slight cough. Hopefully that will go. Thanks, Andrea.

Life brings such strangeness. This ended up being a bad year for me too with death of a dog and now I think I'll be giving up a puppy I can't handle any more while my hubbie is still in bed from his injury. What a year this has been. I LOVE the ending on this one.

I hope your autumn is blessed Kim, and that you are well soon. I have brought autumn in as well, there is no really traditional sign of it where I live, not compared to the typical scenes anyway. My kitchen is always in an autumn array of decor, as it is my favorite season. I will remember to pray for you as I'm sure you are missing your mother during this sad reminder. I hope you are not experiencing covid, but trying to avoid it? I hope you are well Kim, hugs to you.
