African Child

Am an African child Being out here Tryna penetrate into the world I still recall the roots that I got That's how deep it has sink in my heart For all the struggle, I can't lose the focus Neither I can't give up, it isn't an option To quit? No that's a temporary failure. I've had so many barriers But I'm here to conquer, coz I'm an African warrior Remember am an African child With the same energy When I fall, I still rise I came with a purpose, that keeps me going Knowing where I'm coming from I'll never be discouraged Knowing where I've to reach I feel motivated Knowing It's a must battle to win I'll fight with courage Because I'm an African child
