Charity like medicine must be administered to the right people at the proper dose and time!

Demetrios Trifiatis Date: 3/10/2017 8:23:00 AM Yes, my friend Chris, charity is in giving but to whom is given concerns me because as in the case of Victor, whose poem inspired me, I have some cases myself that fell victim to my charity and with serious consequences I may say therefore theory is one thing, practice is another! We ought to give BUT to whom, when and to what degree is another! Don't you agree my friend? Why not to give to the right people rather just to give? Thank you!
