A Winter Muse

Emerald wisps and lavender mist held within the white abyss... Gazing from the window ledge a Winter song drifting in has brought the birds to joyous song a beautiful muse as a new day dawns Releasing a sense a peace of mind as snowflakes dance the westward sky and you my friends have come along To drift in dream and sing our song For in a second and now, atlast the wandering mind has come to find a poetic word so pure and kind lilting beyond the swaying pines where vast intrigue with wonderous eyes twines a love In subtle light

This is the kind of poem I imagine would be soothing to the ears, relieving to the soul, and gentle on the heart on a journey whether by car, boat, airplane, or whatever kind. the words are so light and lovely.
