A Wave Crashes Over Me

A wave crashes over me--
splatters its moonlit
eye,
spilling me
onto the shore:

Speaking of vintage:
its greatness,
not in the uncorked past,
but consumable
                    moment....

Often I come to the sea
at night
and reminisce
when time was simply ocean spray,
its grains of sand
all warmth
        and comfort.....
