A View From Space

A VIEW FROM SPACE I watched the silent earth from space, And found neither boundary nor race. We are but a vulnerable planet. Then I saw the earth awashed with blood. Earth’s peace plummet. Thoughts of absolute power and war, flood The minds of leaders. Peace, love, unity, earth’s pillars Are falling. Mother earth is drowning In the ocean of war, destruction is come. The heavens rain not rain on us, But tears. Darkness is dawning On us. Space is calm We treat mother earth with intentional harm. We are divided unitedly. I viewed from space And we are one people, undoubtedly. We are vulnerable if asteroids wash us from earth’s surface. We are free slaves of the universe And the blessed makers of our own curse.

Thanks for sharing this. God bless you. Meanwhile, I greet you with a Joyous New Year with this prayer from the Bible in Numbers 6:24-26, "The Lord bless thee, and keep thee: The Lord make his face shine upon thee, and be gracious unto thee: The Lord lift up his countenance upon thee, and give thee peace."
