Wisdom and philosophy
Peeks at immortality
Passion’s sensuality
Questions of morality
All found in his poetry
Demetrios

Words that skip and words that dance
All embellished with romance
Leaving nothing to mere chance
Making hearts just simply prance
Demetrios

Of all the Greeks a true Greek
Mighty of men, never weak
Fine Orator, let him speak
His wisdom you’re bound to seek
Demetrios
