A HAIKU TANKA TRIBUTE TO BASHO
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Basho... his pond
a haiku classic... his frog
memories for some
the pond devoid
the only sounds... backfilling
fresh tears i cry
join me... we'll cry another
again a frog will make ripples
