A Traveling Travesty

who rolled the dice... how did i get my dad-in-law in the divorce… as my husband’s checked out due to the achoo dispensation box now i’m dishing out errands for “dear old pop” who rags on me for gargoyle tea as he coughs up jokes and pokes fun at my lot i tap my darling’s shoulder and he rolls over in bed taking his own temperature of one hundred and one degrees i put a pillow over my head so i can scream a diffuser blows essential oil smoke of lemon, eucalyptus and Italian seasonings i spray lysol from room to room but clutches of gloom overshadow me

Sounds like your hands are full, Kim, perhaps as soon as hubby gets well you should check the achoo dispensation box and let them wait on you a while. John

As your story goes, a lot on your plate --so the rant is appropriate and you made it fun to read! Best for a win, Kim.

oh dear oh dear...that does seem like a lot to handle, dear. Great write...I love how you chose your words to highlight this predicament. Bless you for caring for the dear man. :) Thanks for your visit to my poem. I wrote clarification about it on your post, but...PS is thriving, indeed. I only meant to write about my perspective on missing some who are gone.
