Vivacious, young Adele was quite popular, for she had lots of friends; Like night's affinity with creamy stars, of joyful glitter that never ends. She was a professional pet sitter, doing so for her chums sometimes, Like the chills that one may feel, at seeing summer lemons and limes. Adele had long loved animals, and had a friend with an unusual pet, That she cared for often, before burgundy and maroon wowed sunset. Friends feelingly met her on doorsteps, with fuchsia flowers at her feet, When fluttering birds and frogs flittered, aside tawny butterflies, fleet. Familiar dawn fantasized gold riches, in a flourishing summer fashion, On daisy days of visiting family, silvery hours before sangria passion. Adele lived in the house of excitement, with its daily, fun happenings, Like shooting stars, or plum butterflies, in hours of colorful imaginings. Sociable stars vanished in sudden sun, on the street that stood waiting, Every single hour of long days; and carnation beauty, was long in fading. Noteworthy, nonchalant, nameless blossoms, wafted new scents in fields; Once neighbor gardens, but since become wild. A fond past at our heels! Purple pansies added a pop of color, beside the pink, wisteria whimsy, In mellow days of marigold madness, as lovely night approached dimly. Pretty petunias were poised in saffron, in colorful speckles and stripes, While gorgeous red geraniums giggled, in the summer of cicada nights. One day, Adele got a call from Abby, to sit with her pet Monkey, Coco; A pleasure, because he was such fun, like white diamonds in the snow! Coco was glad to see fun-loving Adele, they frolicked in green garden, In the shade of a big, mulberry bush, for the beautiful days had come. A child's yellow balloon lay on the grass, having drifted from anywhere, Adding color to a gorgeous day, like vast tulip fields, greet many there. But, from out of huge mulberry bush, ran a weasel, frightened of Coco, Who promptly pursued the weasel vigorously, disregarding her, 'No! No!' Coco chased the weasel and Adele chased Coco, like a merry go round, Or vibrant seasons chasing each other, into velvet time, beauty bound. Suddenly, there was a loud bang, when weasel claws met yellow balloon; And the startled weasel leapt high, then ran over the back fence of June. All had gone well for everyone! I had a good laugh, and Coco got to play. And the weasel, of course, had gotten away, like unexpected red bouquet! 'All around the mulberry bush The monkey chased the weasel; The monkey thought it was all in fun... Pop! goes the weasel.'
