A Single Star To Me

A single star to me Reminds me of all the darkness That surrounds it to try and take it's glow I can see I once blended in amongst In the darkness where my eyes were shut When God opens our eyes We look up and see the few stars That are a light to a dark world For many it's hard to see they are a light Because there is all darkness surrounding them But when you look up at the stars Remember you are one of those lights And there are others out there In this same fight to reveal the love of God There will be cloudy and stormy days But those stars are certain to reappear For they have been placed there and given strength Then when I look at the moon I see a great light That all these stars resemble To seek to shine there light as that one But remembers this is where they received There lil glow to come out of the darkness That one day there will be no more darkness For all will be as the sunniest day No clouds are gray skies to block behind When all truth shall be revealed Enjoy your night out my friends. : )
