A Silly Rhyme For a Friend Sublime

He’s so super, duper That guy, he’s a trooper He’s a fellow Souper He's no party pooper His name? Yea…It’s Cooper! His first name? It’s Shane Brings pleasure, not pain He handles insane This friendship won’t wane He shows no disdain That great guy named Shane Shane Cooper, you’re sweet You’re friendship’s a treat Every day there's a tweet To help me on my feet So here’s a rhyme greet! I’ll save you a seat At the bar when we meet Come rain, hail, or sleet We'll toast the elite Down on PS Street! Thanks for being such a fab friend…Your daily encouragement has meant the world to me. You're not afraid of my CRAZY! You need a medal! Hugs Bambi! ;)

My dearest little Bambi, what can I say in reply to this. No one has ever written anything like this for me and I am so touched that words fail me. Real friendship is a two way street and you have stood by me when my world gets dark and helped me find the light again. I am so proud to be able to call you my friend. The beauty and passion of your poetry shines like a beacon on a stormy night, yet still such a gentle heart. Thank you my dear friend. Love Shane xxx

Bout time you showed up, Shane!!! GRRRRRR!!!!! You are so deserving of this write. I can't stress that enough. You've been nothing but kind to me, Shane. We have some of the same struggles...We are both intense....I think that I understand that in you...and you in me. :) I'm glad to read this post....One of the best accolades anyone can give is praise of my poetry...it is my heart...it is my passion...it is my life. Medals come to those who visit me everyday, Mr Seal. I do believe you to be remiss in that. OI....your medal/reward I gave a long time ago, but your memory fails you. Thanks for visiting this piece. I've written many others which you have not visited. Shame on you! I'm very upset...especially after I made such a beautiful appeal for you to come back to PS. I've written some limericks and lighter writes, Kim, but passion and romance and depression rule the day. Thanks for the visit. I'm glad you enjoyed my tribute to my friend. He hasn't been on PS much lately. Visit his work and encourage him to write more. He is a great writer. Thanks

I value and appreciate my friends, Emile. Friendship is an investment of time. Not many are willing to make that investment. I have friends here who check on me all the time, and it does touch my heart. A friend is a treasure. Thank you for the visit, my dear. Hugs

:) We all have friends who make our lives bearable. It's sad to lose someone we care about. I've had that happen to me Laura. I must tell you....It hurts a great deal. However, you can only do what you can. Sometimes circumstances are above and beyond what we can handle. I'm glad to have a visit from you, dear. Hugs

Yes, he is, David. He has been very kind and supportive during these difficult weeks. Always makes time for me. I wanted to say thank you in my own way. Pet names are nice. Each one is unique and has special meaning. My dad calls me Bambi as well. No idea why....I'm nothing like that. I'm tubby and heavy....Maybe Shamu would fit better, but oh well....Hugs to you, Coach. :) Sending love...
