A Second Heartbeat
dazzling the eyes
like a star
lighting up
begins an unsung melody
flowing most beautiful
of rivers
tricking within
a soul
digging deep
i found
a golden treasure
wrapped most precious
of gems
touched the deepest
whispering softly
plays upon cords
drifting upon air
the sweetest
of music
playing a violin
crying every breath
echoes in wind
stoking a fire
burning hot
blazing inferno
sparking desires
you darling
my second
heartbeat
