A Rising Smile

I turned around On the march towards tomorrow And intensely screen yester-days With the lens of critical thought That provoke tears with frowns and a rising smile Deeds I'll differently do If time can be backwheeled And offer a chance of recreation, Filled those gone days Of poor uncalculated judgements Pain and forlon it often advance In its undodgeable remembrance For all it mostly yielded As time had progressed Seems a pack of depressive backwardness Failure begets unappreciated credits But here emerges a smiling face In a teething and crippled toddler That now maturely walks With peer frightening confidence Won't be blinded to new fault I'll appraise the gains of yesterday's failure That induced today's smile And paint tomorrow On a brightly admirable canvas.
