Sweet nature poetry here - but I don't think I would call it haiku. American poetry haiku are usually 5 7 5. There is an excellent book - Haiku from the NY Times which is worth reading. Peace & Love Matthew Anish

Matt after all these years, You do not realize that many of us are doing challenges for which we are told to enter the poems as haiku because the form is "invented" and is not listed in the titles given us?? Look what i wrote underneath my poem!!
