A Ramshackle Faith
Temptation’s collars
choke life out of me.
Truth the greatest gift,
it costs everything,
just one breath away.
Doubt takes the joy,
walked the fool’s quest
too long, discern;
deceived – elect.
Every tongue
will confess,
our Spirits
to kneel
before
Christ.
