A Rainbow of My Own
"a rainbow of my own"
there have been days bluebirds don't fly
there have been times roses aren't red
with this I'll make a rainbow of my own
a rainbow to fit my world and many moods
when the sun can't peek through clouds
when the moon doesn't light a dark night
I'll make a rainbow of imagination
a rainbow to fit a wondrous space
within this world I call my own
angelic sounds will be heard
butterflies will be transformed
such a rainbow is there to see
an open mind with belief so true
is always there for me and you
