A Point To Ponder

To
belong
and be loved.
These are two things
the human psyche
needs in order to feel
happy and well adjusted.
When dealing with our fellowman
we should always try our very best
to season our words with love and kindness.

So very true! I know how awful I feel if I don't seem to belong anywhere or if I'm worried someone doesn't love me. I haven't tried this form yet, but now I'll have to! You're an inspiration too! Thank you for telling people about my haiku "Storm-weary" and thank you for your comments on my poem "For the Love of Soup". The footnote for the soup poem is the one Joseph added to his first epulaeryu rather than one I wrote. I'm making soup right now to fight off the flu. Smells so good! ~Juliane

Yes-So very very true, "Beautiful & Precious Robin!"~It is so easy to be careless with ones own words? That is why "God" said, "be quick to listen and slow to speake"~Although, mankind is only flesh and blood, and bound to stumble and fall along the way! Yet the key is, righting the ship so to speak, before it strays its course for too long!~"Words of Wisdom You Wrote Here Dear Lady~Love To You Always, John!"~"Happy Holidays!"~Bye:)

Amen. The tongue can be so callously cruel. If we only realised the pain people were walking in surely we would do as you say. So many people look fabulous on the outside but dying on the inside. Very nice Robin..Laurie
