A Plum a Peach a Nectarine
Here...A Plum...A Peach...A Nectarine...
Here... a plum... a peach....a nectarine...
cool, soft, purple-blue,
sweet, tight-n-tart, something new,
I bite it.....mmm...
I hold it in my mouth and suck it....
until the skin of it releases its hold,
and exposes the sweet tender flesh lying underneath,
mmm... I linger there....
and just when I think it can get no better than this...
the juicy flesh dissolves in my mouth with sweet radiance,
aaahhh... down to the pit!!!
A plum... a peach... a nectarine....
fuzzy-nuzzy, sweet-to-taste,
satiny finish, perfect shape,
creased with fine curvature,
and extremely soft to the touch,
and when I take a bite...
Sheer Ecstasy!
A plum... a peach.... a nectarine...
now... this is fine skin its in!
smoother than my own,
I rub it against my cheek,
yes... cool.... a bite...
crisp...sweet....tart...
I hold my head back and laugh heartily,
as I can recall this sensational feeling from days long ago,
refreshed by water's breath,
fresh rinsed fruit....
nothing like it.
Think I'll have grapes next...
