A Painful State

Pain within these feet of mine.
Can't stand up nor lay down.
Throb-Throb-Throb is all I feel.
Where on earth are those pain pills?

Pain within this head of mine.
Have many stressors on my mind.
Temples throbbing on both sides,
Looking for some peace of mind.

Pain within this heart of mine.
When will things ever be fine?
Pain-Pain-Pain is everywhere,
Please send some relief if you care!!!

Pain within this back of mine.
Pulled some ligaments out of line.
Trying to do it all by myself-
Time to delegate and take some rest.

Pain, Pain go away. Send Mary some relief, right away. And if it hurts before you're there, be sure to tell her that we care! (Did it work? LOL) Congratulations on having your poem featured this week. Lovingly, Dane
