A Nook and a Story Book

Words spring out from under the cover 
Lets delve together into a world 
A place of magic like no other 
Where imaginations are unfurled 

A tale of fantasy and fun 
Where bubblegum trees touch the sky 
Animals talk when out in the sun 
And purple elephants can fly 

We picture the scenes in our mind’s eye 
Let our creativity go wild
Floating freely like a butterfly
Precious time for a mother and child
