A New Day
A new day to experience
to gain experience
a day to learn
on justice we should lean
past mistakes, we should clean
and we shall become clean
A day to meet beautiful faces
of different races
different tribes
but with love,
we shall learn to love
with an inspiration of love from above
where we live
from whom we believe
our challenges, He shall relieve
in the day
trust the truth
the one who blesses
let's escape from darkness; brothers and sisters
and see light
so that we know what is right
and have sight
never shall we be myopic
