A Nation’s Crossroads: A Call to Unity and Strength

This is not the dream our founders cast
When they broke free from a tyrant’s throne—
A nation shaped by thought and law
Now trembles, shaken to the bone.

Once a beacon, fierce in light,
Now lengthening shadows stir with doubt.
Yet silence cannot steal our strength,
Nor choke the voices rising out.

Fear has never been a friend
To those who guard what must endure.
And courage does not fade with time—
It steadies hearts, it makes them sure.

For tides will turn and trials will come,
As history has always shown:
The brave persists, the steadfast stand,
And claim the rights they’ve always known.

So, speak with purpose, strong and clear—
Let no dark hand eclipse your flame.
The framers left a living trust:
A charge to justice in their name.

The tools they forged still hold their edge,
Defending us from creeping fear.
Their wisdom echoes through the years,
A guiding voice we choose to hear.

So open hearts and raise your voice—
Let peace and resolve be intertwined.
Let fear be tempered into strength,
Not chains that shackle humankind.

We stand now at a narrowing path
Where division clouds what we must see:
A nation born for liberty
Must choose its better unity.

Democracy is no passing spark,
But steady fire, enduring, true—
A living hope within our hands,
A light we are called to renew
