A Narrow Escape

From a narrow escape, God grants light
For blissful freedom* midst faith brace
Against hell’s wrath due to sin-blight
Toward eternal life of grace.

Secured along compassion’s reign
From a narrow escape, God grants light
Saving my soul for pardon gain
Offered by Christ with peace delight.

Witnessing miraculous might
My spirit thanks the Saviour’s gift
From a narrow escape, God grants light
Rescuing me for divine lift.

Gripped by deliverance full scope
I do await heavenly flight
While sharing Gospel that brings hope
From a narrow escape, God grants light.
