A Mother's Unconditional Love

For I have renewed my patience only for you
And have come to terms with the fact that you will be doing what you do
For I have promised to love you for who you are and not what I want you to be
For this I employ
That for whatever it is that you will do
I will just think that you are just a boy

..My little boy.

Such a beautiful written poem, their s nothing like a mother s love in the whole world, that s the reason that God gave his example in comparison to mother, saying that God loves you like 80 mothers, mother s really are special one, they scold you, even beat you but that s all for your advantage, they ll not loose anything if we don t study, if we go to the wrong side, it s their love that they stop us even it willn t give thwm any advantage, can you do me a favour, can you read my poems also

Arabelle,,, Thank you for the comment on my comment. I am looking forward, in hearing from you again. You will enjoy this site, I guaranteed or my fun poetry name isn't PD :) I highly recommend the blog area, there you can read what is hot, and what is going on here at The Poetry Soup. If you like click on some of the side features ((-UNDER- the area where it reads "Member Poets/Poems")) to the left of this comment. -That's my favorite soup section. If you scroll down to where it reads "Contests" you will enjoy the "Contest Winners: Member " feature. Click away, and check out what's cooking. Enjoy reading and following, many of the incoming winners. "I SURE DO." Please feel free to comment and read any of my poems, if you'd like. My poems are not the easiest to understand:) I'm still learning myself. However, I enjoy encouraging others. If you have any questions, feel free to ask. I might be able to help, if not I will recommend someone. Take Care~LINDA~

mmmm..just read your reply and revisited your poem without reading the title..and it struck me that you were talking about your partner/husband..fore this is one of the ways my wife Val sees me. She often calls me her little boy..and I become one.
