A Mother's Love

A mother's love for her first born,
     a feeling so sublime,
her heart filled to the top with joy;
     no greater can it climb.

As time goes by she cannot know
     how this love can be shared,
for so intense and strong it is,
     she could not be prepared.

To see how mother's love can grow
     to double, same for two,
when love does reckon, second time,
     with her new babe in view.

A mother's love is like no other. Strong enough to last and pliable enough to bend but not break. A beautiful poem Mrs Sandra. I'm certain you are an excellent mother:)
