That could go for a mother who was punishing a disobedient child also when the child openly blantantly disobeyed her...Keep the creative pen flowing..Thanks for the comments on my write about the rasberries ...No, they are not wild but cultivated and planted by me about 1995 or so...I just planted three plants and I just have a few berries every year...Sara

Excellent haiku, James. Mother Nature is indeed taking her revenge. Wishing you the top spot in the contest.
