A Mother's Call To Arms

Who defends us, hollow husks? Whose body shields our start? Whose open womb gestates heart? Are Mother’s, Natures tarts? What mortal faith denies our grace, Our tenacity, our verve? What mortal or immortal Man? defines us? What progeny has SUCH nerve? When did Mankind , not Ma kind begin? When were these false thoughts bred? When was it decided a vacuum filled OUR head? When was the pivotal moment, the primary prick? Why second rate the kinder face vilify and disgrace Why deny Motherhood an equality of grace?

..for wealth and control over the population. The spreading of Political Christianity was in fact an abuse of innocence and ignorance, which rested the awe and mystical aspects of birth and then nailed it up onto a bloody cross. Since then, after steeling nearly all the ritual celebrations of the Wicca religion and claiming them as their own; the political version of christianity has led man kind down a path of ever increasing

Hi Deborah... Long ago in the western culture of Wicca, woman, and the Goddess were held far more in esteme than man and God. The worship of life and giving life ended with Christianity, or political christianity, which only worships death and the here after. Most of the witches that were burnt during the Inquisitions of Europe, were merely priestesses and midwives of a religion which had beed userped by an abberated and male based desire

subdifuge in regards to the the great mystical secrets. It has seperated us from our basic attachment and understanding of the natural cycles of life and instead give us this prop, this promise of some heavenly after life.... with which it will control, kill, and destroy all and everything in its path... to whit.. they say "The Church is God" and not the divine creations of trees, humans, stones, seas, stars, or anything else of creation.. sorry for the rant :) loved the poem hence the rant :)

Ever notice how history books only care about great wars and tyrants? The glory asociated with battle is all man energy. The divine feminine is in a state of grace because woman are on average more mature and more spiritual then men. But for whatever reason man understands how to instill fear and corruption as a form of protectionism for himself and woman felt powerless to stop him.A few thousand years of brutality and we have ourselves a socalled civilization.Love the strength inthis write Deb
