A Message Worth Sharing

I know you're tired, I know you're worn, I know you're fighting, bruised and torn. The world feels heavy, dark, unkind, Like no one sees what's on your mind. But hear me now—you're not alone, You're more than pain you've ever known. You're strong, you're bright, you're meant to be, There's so much left for you to see. The nights feel long, the days feel cold, Your heart feels heavy, hope grows old. But storms don’t last, the sun will rise, And wipe the tears from weary eyes. So take a breath, just one for now, You’ll make it through—I'll tell you how: One step, one day, just start with this, And trust that better days exist. If no one’s said this—let me be first, You’re not alone, you have great worth. You're loved, you're needed, hold on tight, I promise you, you’ll be all right.
