A Lovers Plunge
She knew what kind of a girl went all the way on her first date. After all, she’d just met him earlier that afternoon. But there was just something about his face that made her feel safe. They arrived at Lover’s Lane just as night was taking over the wood-lined footpath. He opened the door for her and wrapped a blanket around her shoulders. He held her close, and she felt the warmth of his body pressed against her. Her heart pounded heavily in anticipation. An hour later, he drove off to another town looking for his next victim.
Wolves in sheep’s clothing
they will promise you the moon
then rip out your heart
