A Long Limerick Planned For Poems

A Long Limerick Planned for Poems

This is my 6,466th poem. Shooting for 6.666
for some strange reason and time and season
and only teasing.

It sure seems much easier to put
all of my poems into one poem.

Put God and Priest First

Please put God and priest first,
Then are sure to satisfy thirst;
Further read;
By priest led;
A great sermon he dispersed.

For God and Priest Have An Appetite

For God and priest we have an appetite;
Love hearing their sermons day and night;
For us nerds,
Have great words;
Saved us from sin to our delight.

Jim Horn

To God and Priest Were Humming

To God and priest have been humming;
Do you remember us and our drumming;
Noise making;
Cookies baking
Then started singing Jesus is coming.

Jim Horn

With God and priest we will often rest;
Restaurant of theirs is always the best;
Readily available,
Wonderful table;
Their food seems so easy to digest.

God and Priest Do Remove All Doubt

God and Priest do remove all doubt;
And they will help us work things out;
Never bitter,
Or a quitter;
Some say they both like sauerkraut.

Jim Horn

Could Be Priest Or a Clerk

God could make you priest or a clerk;
Might like woodwork or be a soda jerk;
Gave elixir,
To a fixer;
Up whole congregation they can perk.

Jim Horn

Jesus's Picture In a Frame

Remembered when Christmas came,
And nothing ever would be the same;
Gifts galore;
More and more;
One was Jesus's picture in a frame.

Jim Horn

Much power priest did expound in prayer;
With his great singing voice everywhere;
Where we sit,
Is articulate;;
About our sins and safety seems to care.

Jim Horn

Priest and Cup with Much Suction

With cup Priest had caused much suction;
Gave out prayer books in mass production;
Laugh we heard,
From each word;
He did use each parishioner as a deduction.

Jim Horn

Christmas Present for God

Christmas present for God and priest prepared;
And for some reason we had seemed so scared;
Never par;
See scar;
Up against Trump and the devil we were paired.

Jim Horn

Terrible Hand Dealt

By Trump a terrible hand we had been dealt,
And was something suspicious that we smelt
Smooth not seem;
Never did redeem;
It did not appear like he is ever very svelte.

Jim Horn

Priest Who Was Polarized

We prepared to meet priest who is polarized;
Heard sermon and then had quickly realized,
Sides are two,
That we knew;
Not surprised when devil he deeply despised.

Jim Horn

Life Around God and Priest Revolved

May be what you want God had resolved;
When you make sure that He is involved;
More specific;
Seems terrific;
Life around him and priest has revolved.

Jim Horn

Maxine Waters Does Crazy Drive

Maxine Waters does crazy Trump totally drive;
So difficult for him to survive and remain alive;
Jokes crack;
Strip her back;
Apparently is incredible when he will connive.

Jim Horn

God and His Show

There never is any end to God's show,
And Him we surely should get to know;
Priest thing;
Poems bring;
For Him and new priest party will throw.

Perturbed Trump A Pecker Wrecker

Trump Did Become a Detector

Trump knew a person whose name is Pecker,
Who did seem disturbed becoming a detector;
Lets pretend
Message send;
What we really will need is a Pecker wrecker.

Jim Horn

God Told Us from Beginning

What God had told us from the beginning,
A great new priest over we were winning;
Did determine
Wonderful sermon;
Knew every way to save us from sinning.
