A Lonely Moon
A lonely crescent moon shines shyly from above and brings me dreams of love as distant crickets croon their soulful summer tune; ‘tis her I’m thinking of. She wanders ‘cross the sky in flowing moonbeam gown alone while looking down from heavens way up high. Yet still I wonder why you never see her frown for lonely as she seems her tender beauty beams.

"You never see her frown" Oh my ! That is because "her tender beauty beams" Your thoughts caress gently around me and my heart. This is beautiful and dreamy, all at the same time. :) Hugs, Brandy

The moon’s smile is never upside down, we should all keep this same smile on our faces. Lately I have to remind myself of this. My best to you, Brandy. Hugs.

The moon holds many secrets, she knows all that happens in the darkness of the night; oh the stories that she could tell. Thanks for your comments, Ann, I’m glad you enjoyed it. Hugs, John
