neighbor Maggie hear a noise
 last night outside the window
 she see two man in the yard
 they stealing she ripe mangoes

 so she call the police
 he say we eh have no jeep
 call back tomorrow 
‘right now ah going to sleep

 but she didn't know one of the man
 was her own son rammet
 he thieving the mango to sell
 for money to buy cigarette

 so she husband pelt some big stone
 and one of them fled
 when he see its his son rammet
 he hit him one tap on his head

 do you know a story like this
 if the answer is yes

 she decorating for christmas
 she say people jealous she 
 because she have ah color tv first

 rookmin living next door
 sandrin husband boysie does tackle she
 he say if he was ah bee
 he know where to find the honey

 rookmin don't like the man
 but he won't leave she alone
 from the bakery he send she
 ah sweet drink and cassava pone

 when she gone to tell he wife

 and your face like ah manicoo

 boysie come out side
 he say woman why you lying on me
 when i washing my toyota
 i see how you was watching my body

 sandrin gyul they all jealous you
 you have the best shape in the place
 from all the way up charlie village
 straight down to poonam trace

 boy the man lie and get away
 by the skin of he teeth
 the next day he giving rookmin
 sweet eye in 2nd street

 do all trini woman know a man like this
 if the answer is yes

 Commess is just a case of confusion
 Or sometimes a mischievous mood
 That affects every one in Trinidad
 A simple misunderstanding or stupid attitude
