I'm not big on things like eggplant, but the way it's described here, makes it look like something I would want to at least try. Brian could very well LOVE this.

yummy treat delicious to eat and one I make a lot using pure virgin extra light olive oil..as it really tastes great... my grandson luvs it and can smell it soon as he comes to visit.. good luck in the contest Sara..
